mission statement

The mission of the Marysville School District's Human Resources Department is to create a systemic and efficient organization that will provide accurate employment information to all district employees and to serve and protect the students, patrons, and property of the district.

Staff selection decisions are of major importance and have far-reaching effects. The Human Resources Department recognizes that the effectiveness of the district's educational programs is directly related to recruiting, hiring, and retaining qualified staff.
