The mission of our department is to provide and maintain a student-focused, culturally and linguistically sensitive service for bilingual students, parents, families and staff of the Marysville School District.
The ELL Department (English Language Learner) has the privilege of working with and providing support to over 900 multilingual students and families (36 languages) in our district. We will make every attempt to communicate, whenever feasible, with all parents and students in a language they can understand. We are committed to working and collaborating with parents, students and Marysville School District staff and community agencies to help our students achieve academic and personal success.
Research shows that when parents and schools work together, children succeed. We appreciate the collaboration with our families, their involvement, and support of education.
Again, welcome to the Marysville School District. We sincerely look forward to meeting you!
