Families in the Marysville School District are invited to attend the AVID Family Night on February 16, 5:00 - 6:30 pm. The event will be held at Marysville Middle School, 4923 67th Street NE.
AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination and it helps prepare students for success in middle and high school and after graduation. There will be representation from Cedarcrest, Marysville, and Totem Middle Schools, Marysville Getchell and Marysville Pilchuck High Schools. Opportunities for students and families to learn more about AVID will be available at each school's table.
Multiple local colleges will be represented as well. There will be raffle drawings and games for families to play. Ice cream will be served too!
