We are excited that registration for the 2023 - 2024 school year is upon us. Requesting your classes in Skyward is an important step so that you can ensure that you get the classes you need to meet your graduation requirements. It is recommended that you use the course request form provided two weeks ago to help guide your selections. The registration process is only available by logging in through the student skyward portal, (not the guardian portal). You can edit your requests any time between March 8th, 2023 through March 27th, 2023.
Step by Step Instructions
First open up the 2023 -2024 Course Selection Presentation.
Second, take a look at the District Course Catalog for course descriptions.
Next take a look at the Elective Slide Show created by some of our elective teachers and students. Some of the slides have interactive links to additional information about the elective courses.
Review course request forms by incoming grade level. A paper copy will be provided to you during Charger Period on 3/8/23. Freshmen Class of 2027, Sophomores Class of 2026, Juniors Class of 2025, Seniors Class of 2024
Math Teachers will be working with you on identifying your Math Course for the next school year. Math courses will be added in Skyward by your current Math Teacher.
Be sure to select three alternate courses when requesting for next year in case your first choices are not available.
You can edit your requests any time between March 8th, 2023 through March 27th, 2023.
The 4-Year Plan needs to be signed returned to your Students Advisory Teacher by March 29th, 2023.
**Please note** IEP classes for students who qualify for special education are entered manually by case managers and counselors. There is no need to select IEP related courses. You also do not need to sign up for an advisory class as those will be added later on.
