 Hi Charger Seniors and Guardians!

A friendly reminder, my name is Ms. C and I am your Career & College Readiness Counselor.

I have had the pleasure of introducing myself to nearly all of you. If you have not yet met me, please reach out and say hi! My office is located in C214 and my door is (almost) always open!

Students, please take a moment to add yourself to my Google Classroom [class code: pvwblss]. Here you will find an array of helpful information, topics including upcoming on-campus and off-campus college rep, career, and recruiter visits, scholarship opportunities, financial aid information and upcoming workshops, and much more!

Many seniors are completing applications to universities near and far right now. Many universities use the CommonApp portal. It is very important that when utilizing the CommonApp, you integrate your profile with your Xello profile. Instructions on how to do so can be found here. You will also need to ensure that you assign your counselor to your profile. This is very important as this is how your school report, letters of recommendation, transcripts, and fee waivers will be sent to the universities you are applying to.

In regards to applications, are you in need of some assistance, aren’t sure where to start, or would like someone to review your application or essay before you submit it? Reach out and schedule an appointment to meet with me one-on-one. I am always happy to help!

Have you heard of the Guaranteed Admissions Program (GAP)? Read here for more information!

The Seattle National College Fair is happening this Friday and Saturday. This is a great opportunity for your to research your post-secondary options and connect with any colleges you are interested in applying to. Please register in advance.

Please make sure you are staying up to date on all emails and posts to the classroom. You won’t want to miss out! Please reach out to me if you have any questions or if there is anything I can assist you with!

Make it a great day the Charger way!

Thank you, Alicia Coragiulo, MSW, LICSWA
