Little kids watch bus

Marysville School District bus drivers received their own fan mail this week from two-year-old James, a Marysville resident with a growing bus fascination.

His mother, Rebecca, said:

"I wanted to say thank you to all the drivers who are so sweet to my little boy.

James is almost 2 and a half, and for the last number of months, buses have been his favorite thing. While going for walks, we often would stop at the corner to wave and watch buses come and go by our neighborhood. It did not take long to narrow down that a huge number travel by around 2 pm and that the best place to watch is by the railroad crossing where they all stop.

It is the highlight of our day to go and see the buses, and whenever we are in the car or out for a walk, he is on the lookout. He loved sharing his favorite spot with his little cousin too. He is your biggest fan, and I am so thankful for the kind drivers who always smile and wave. We love it and think you are awesome."
