Chromebooks Due

MSD Families,

If your child has not returned their Chromebook and charger by now, they are (past) due!

All Chromebooks, not associated with a summer school program, that are still in families' homes will be inactivated on Wednesday, June 23, and need to be returned this week.

The Chromebooks and their chargers can be returned to your child's school, the Educational Service Center,  the Instructional Technology Department (both located at 4220 80th Street NE, Marysville), or the Tulalip Teen Center.

Chromebooks that were checked out and not returned will incur a fine. Once the Chromebook is returned, the fine will be removed.

Thank you for your assistance to help get all devices turned in as soon as possible!

UPDATE: This is a follow-up message regarding the Chromebook and charger return. Several questions have been raised due to the fact that schools may have communicated slightly different information. We hope this will clarify any confusion.

Chromebooks and chargers for students in all grades were to be turned in last week including students in grades K-7 enrolled in a summer school program. These students should turn in their Chromebooks and chargers. There will be devices at the summer school program for students to use.

The only exception is for students in grades 8-12, enrolled in a summer school program, these students may keep their devices.

Questions may be directed to the instructional technology department at (360) 965-0190.
