Late Start
There is no school on Monday, January 15, 2024. Monday is a national holiday in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.   Our Librarian, Mr. Weiss read a book about Dr. King at an all-school assembly.  It included songs and video clips from the time of Dr. King.  The over-arching theme matches our January monthly theme of “Perserverence”.  The children were encouraged to think about Dr. King and his legacy on Monday in his honor. Please take this opportunity to talk with your children about what was shared with them today at the assembly and what it may mean to them. Enjoy the extended weekend, and stay safe and warm. We look forward to seeing our students back to school on Tuesday, January 16.
