Students across Washington state in grades 6, 8, 10 and 12 will take the Healthy Youth Survey Oct. 8-19. The survey includes questions related to physical activity and diet, unintentional and intentional injury, substance use, risk and protective factors and access to school-based services. Support local youth by taking the Healthy Community Survey! This survey is a tool implemented by the
