Mark your calendars for Friday, April 28th, as we celebrate the Day of the Child at Cascade Elementary School! This district-wide Dia del Niño celebration promises to be a joyous occasion, filled with exciting activities and entertainment for the whole family. The festivities will run from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at 5200 100th St NE, Marysville, WA. We welcome all families to join us in this celebration. We've teamed up with Everett Community College to provide multiple opportunities for Seniors & Running Start students to get help with applying and registering at EvCC next year! EvCC is the most saved college in Xello for our students (more than double the amount of saves of the next college). More details below:

Good morning! Senior Prom is coming up on May 6th. Tickets go on sale with Ms. Brand in the ASB Cashier's Office Thursday, April 20th. If you are planning on bringing a guest who is not a current MP student, please stop by the Main Office between 7:30 AM and 1:30 PM to pick up a guest pass from Ms. Brown. Guest passes are due no later than May 5th. Tickets cost $25 with ASB and $30 without ASB. Tickets purchased the day of the Prom go up to $40 for everyone.

You are invited to the MPHS Spring Drama Club Presentation of MAMMA MIA!
Our show starts next week, Thursday, April 27th at 7:00 pm and then runs April 28th, 29th, and May 5th and 6th at 7:00 pm also. There is a matinee on May 6th at noon as well. Tickets are $10 for students with ASB and Senior Citizens and $12 for adults, students without ASB and all others.

Unsure of your plans after high school? We are offering the ASVAB test ONE LAST TIME on May 11th! The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is an optional timed multi-aptitude test developed and maintained by the Department of Defense that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military and other career paths. This test will help you to discover your strengths and interests to map out a post-secondary plan.

This is a great opportunity for ALL MPHS students to learn about careers and opportunities offered through community & technical colleges here in Western Washington. Here's how important community & technical colleges are to our student body:
About 35% of our graduating seniors enroll in a community or technical college after graduation.
We have students enrolled in more than 115 Running Start courses
We offer about 20 College in the High School courses on our campus.

Attention all Native American students and families! The Tulalip Tribes and Marysville School District Indian Education Departments are hosting a Senior Information Night this Wednesday, March 29, from 4 - 7 pm at the Hibulb Cultural Center. Important information and resources!

Reminder ... Friday, March 30, 2023, is an Early Dismissal day. MP's day will end at 11:00 am. See attached bell schedule for Friday to see exact times for periods 1-6. Next week is Spring Break and there will be no school April 3 -7. Students return on Monday, April 10.
