MSD Volunteer Application Gets a Digital Overhaul

The Marysville School District’s Volunteer Application process has received a significant digital makeover, making it more efficient and user-friendly. The new application will streamline the volunteer registration and approval process, making it easier for individuals to sign up and contribute to our community schools.

Msvl. WA - The Marysville School District is excited to launch an entirely digital volunteer application process for parents, guardians, family, community members, and students under age 18 interested in volunteering in our schools. Our schools and district will no longer require applicants to complete a paper packet.

Applicants can complete the new electronic form on any smart device by visiting www.msd25.org/volunteer. The form is translatable in multiple languages. Each applicant must read the District’s Volunteer Handbook, located on the webpage. The application requires a copy of a current State-issued driver’s license or photo ID card. Applicants should be prepared to upload an image of their license or ID card. Applicants should note that completing the Volunteer Application will begin a criminal history background check with the Washington State Patrol (WSP). Only WSP-cleared volunteers are eligible to volunteer in our schools. When the applicant is cleared and approved, they will receive an email notification.

While paper packets will still be available upon request, we encourage everyone to utilize the new digital form. If you have any questions about this new process, please email volunteer@msd25.org. The District is excited to move forward with this streamlined process. Volunteers in our schools make a positive difference in the lives of children.
