Measles Information for Parents and Guardians: There has been recent news about a single measles diagnosis in Snohomish County. There are no current cases on our school district. The Health District has provided a letter for parents and guardians for more information.

MSD Facility Committee members holding serious discussions with Mike Sullivan, Executive Director of Finance and Operations, about the age and condition of school facilities. This is the groups second meeting. This particular meeting is taking place at Cascade Elementary School which was built in 1951. The committee is discussing facility needs, bonds and capital levies and will also heat from principal Alene Arakawa.

Congratulations to Marshall teacher Sheena York! Sheena was nominated for and received the “Rick Merrell Educator of the Month” award. Sheena received accolades and a $500 check for classroom supplies and materials.
