No out-of-district transportation, no preschool or ECEAP for students, no morning Sno-Isle transportation. The Marysville Getchell’s Ocean Bowl Team has studied hard and they are on their way to the Orca Bowl Competition tomorrow! Join us in wishing them well and consider spending your Saturday at the University of Washington to watch this intense competition. The Orca Bowl challenges and recognizes Washington state’s high school students’ knowledge of the world’s oceans. Just 20 schools have made it in, and only the 1st place team will go on to Nationals! Good luck students!

Student advocacy is awesome! These Arts and Technology students visited our state capitol last week to speak to legislators about the importance of Career and Technical Education! Being career and college-ready is critical for student success and we can't thank them enough for their efforts on behalf of all Washington CTE students!

For the safety of our students and staff, school will start 2-hours late with AM snow routes (limited transportation). No out of district transportation, no preschool or ECEAP for students, no morning Sno-Isle transportation. Buses will pick students up two hours later than their normal morning bus stop time with limited access to some areas. Go to www.msd25.org -select Departments/Transportation to view limited transportation information. School will dismiss at the normal dismissal time. Freezing temperatures and compact snow and ice have created treacherous conditions on roads, sidewalks and in parking lots. Please use care and caution.
