Good afternoon, Cedarcrest 6th Grade Families! We are excited to have you as part of our Cedarcrest Family. We are inviting 6th grade families to come to the school to pick up their Chromebooks on the following dates and times:

To make sure we are efficient in the distribution, please do your best to adhere to the listed time frames to help us maintain social distancing. When you arrive, please follow the signs to the Chromebook Distribution Area. We will be limiting the number of families allowed in the building and ask that you limit the number of family members you bring with you to two if possible. This will not be a time to meet teachers, discuss chromebook usage/passwords, or tour the school. A 6th grade Welcome Letter will be distributed on this day, as well as sent out electronically, which will contain important information to help you with logins, class schedules, and other helpful resources. This will be for 6th grade chromebook pick up only. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you soon!

RE: Pick-up and Drop-Off of Student Items
Hello Cedarcrest families and students,
Pick up/ Drop off days for students is June 8th, 9th, 10th.
This is a drive up event only.
Please do not attend if you are currently ill or have been ill recently. This includes coughing, fever, sore throat, fatigue, nausea, and shortness of breath.
Drivers will arrive in the bus entrance (the west parking lot) and pull forward in the bus drop-off area closest to the school.
A staff member will come out to meet you at your car. If you are unable to arrive by car, please email us ahead of time at robert_stoddard@msd25.org

J-Q 10:30-11:30am
R-Z 12-1pm

PE clothes
Band items
Medication from Health Room
Drop off items
Sports uniforms - Please place in a plastic bag and mark with student name, ID number, and sport
Classroom books or textbooks - Label with your teacher’s name
School library books
Chromebook, charger and carrying case - Only required if leaving the district or concerned about keeping over the summer
Classroom items can be picked up next fall unless there is a necessity. Please email your teachers and ask them to keep those items you want to keep. If you are an eighth grader, please let your teacher know what item you want to pick up.

Beginning Monday, March 23, buses began delivery of meals mid-morning every day. The daily schedule is based on the elementary morning bus routes, although not at the usual times. Grab and go meals from the bus locations will continue to be at no cost and for all youth ages 1 - 18 and those enrolled in our 18 - 21-year program.
