The Marysville School District and Marysville Police Department wish to dispel certain rumors being circulated in the public via social media and in person; where it is alleged that a student brought a gun to campus yesterday, March 21. School Resource Officers with the Marysville Police Department and the Marysville School District did a full investigation and confirmed there was no credible threat, nor was there a gun found. Both agencies take any and all reports of weapons and threats seriously. We thank the individuals who come forward and make reports regarding these matters.
